The Bell Sanction comes with a number of features in such a sturdy protective package that one has to wonder how Bell can afford to manufacture it. At 950 grams, the Bell Sanction was actually designed with younger riders in mind. As such, the Sanction tends to run a little smaller that other full-face helmets like the Bell Drop.
