To ship your return to XSports:- You can use USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.
- We do not pay for return shipping back to us.
- If we made an error on your order, please contact us.

- We refund the original product cost.
- If there is a coupon or discount on your order, we refund the original product cost less a pro-rated discount amount.
- We do NOT refund the original shipping amount. We DO pay for Domestic Ground shipping of the replacement order.
- Refunds can be applied to the original payment method only.
- Refunds are processed within 24 hrs of receipt. Your credit card company determines how long it takes for the refund to appear on your account. Please contact your bank if you received a refund confirmation email from us but have not seen the refund on your account.

SHIPPING ERROR?
Hey, we're imperfect human beings, too. We scan the barcodes of every single item we ship to verify accuracy. However, some products don't have barcodes and sometimes - for whatever reasons - we make a mistake.
It doesn't happen very often, but if it does - we will make it right.
If we made an error, we will gladly send you a pre-paid return label to have the product picked up. For this one, you'll need to give us a call and we'll take care of you.
USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We reserve the right to issue partial or no credit for returns of used or damaged items, items not in the original manufacturers packaging, or items that have had labels and/or stickers removed.
If you wear the gear and scratch it up, we can't give you a full refund. We think that's fair.
If the item is defective, then give us a call and we'll work with you to exchange it or get you an alternate item.
