Dainese offers mountain bike racing knee guards in two styles. Both offer the same protective qualities—rigid polypropylene pads on the knees and shins, soft perforated polyethylene and elasticated, tear-resistant mesh, and soft padding on the ankles for extra protection. Which mountain bike knee guard you choose to buy depends on what kind of fit you prefer.
The Dainese Racing Knee Guard features a slip-on style with a fine mesh sleeve behind the knee pad. The bottom of the sleeve has a soft rubber-backed edge to help keep the pad in place, and there’s a soft, rubber-backed strap along the top of the guard for a comfortable, secure fit.
The Dainese Fullpro Racing Knee Guard is secured with four soft Velcro straps; three run across the back of the calf and one runs along top of the guard (fastening just above the knee along the bottom of your thigh). The Dainese Fullpro racing knee guard offers easy on and off without having to remove your shoes.
