The Antifreeze gloves are built with two layers of hand protection. First is the outer shell. It's made of 2mm thick airprene material. On this shell is a single layer of Pittards leather on the palm. The Pittards leather area provides a layer of insulation while retaining good tactile feeling for hand/bar/brake control.
On the inside of the Anti freeze gloves, you have a inner glove that has a 2mm airprene cuff to keep the cold out. The main body of the glove is made of 100% brushed polyester with a laminated waterproof membrane.
Put the two gloves together, and you get a nice, lightweight, tactile cold weather glove that will keep your hand and fingers warm while still giving you a good feel for the bars and brakes.
