Bending this flat plastic to fit into the goggle frame causes aberrations in the material that distorts and blurs the vision. The Giro Station’s polycarbonate lens material is actually injection molded in cylindrical form and cut in cylindrical form, so no bending of the lens takes place. For you, this means that the Giro Station’s cylindrical lenses are as optically clear when you wear it as the day it was molded.
