Thanksgiving Shipping Schedule
- Our call center will be OPEN on Thanksgiving Day, as well as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can place orders, track orders, and inform us of any customer service issues you may need help with.
- IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE: all orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time on Wednesday 11/23 will be shipped on Monday 11/28. Our shipping carrier, UPS, does NOT pick up orders between Thursday and Sunday. All regular ground, as well as express and international orders, will be shipped on Monday 11/28.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
To ensure you order arrives on or before Friday, December 23rd, follow the "last order date" deadlines below...
- For Standard Ground Shipping and Economy Shipping we STRONGLY RECOMMEND placing your order by 3:00pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, 12/13 to receive your delivery by 12/23. (Please see the UPS guarantee suspension info at bottom of page)
- IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 3:00PM EASTERN TIME ON TUESDAY, 12/20: select UPS 3 Day Select shipping at checkout to receive your order by 12/23.
- IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 3:00PM EASTERN TIME ON WEDNESDAY, 12/21: select UPS 2nd Day Air shipping at checkout to receive your order by 12/23.
- IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 3:00PM EASTERN TIME ON THURSDAY, 12/22: select UPS Next Day Air shipping at checkout to receive your order by 12/23.
- IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 3:00PM EASTERN TIME ON FRIDAY, 12/23: select UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery at checkout to receive your order on Saturday, 12/24.
- ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3:00PM EASTERN TIME ON FRIDAY, 12/23, WILL BE PACKED AND SHIPPED ON TUESDAY, 12/27.
New Year's Shipping Schedule
- Our call center will be OPEN on New Year's Eve Day and New Year's Day. You can place orders, track orders, and inform us of any customer service issues you may need help with.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Time on Friday, December 30th will be packed and shipped on Tuesday, January 3rd.

IMPORTANT UPS SERVICE GUARANTEE SUSPENSION NOTE:
This shipping schedule relies on UPS service guarantees that are subject to special conditions. Specifically, UPS does not guarantee delivery times for orders shipped after December 1.
Our experience with UPS is excellent, so we have a recommended cut-off of Dec 13th for ground deliveries. But, if you really need your order delivered by the 23rd, upgrade to any of the express methods (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air) to be assured your order/gift will arrive on time.
