WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We pack and ship all orders the same day they are received, up through 3:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3:00pm Eastern will be shipped the following business day (Mon-Fri).

HOW DO I CONFIRM AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Our web site has real-time inventory information. When you place an item into your shopping cart, you will see confirmation that inventory is available and will ship that day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?

Yes, we offer several expedited delivery options. When you checkout, you can select UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver. If placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time, your order will ship the same day. UPS shipping days are Mon-Fri, and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. If it's an extreme emergency, call us for same day delivery options.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost is calculated based on your order subtotal, and is displayed in your shopping cart. You'll be able to see and compare actual shipping charges before having to enter any shipping or billing information.

NOTE: Very large/oversized items may require additional shipping costs. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately with expected shipping costs prior to processing your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship orders internationally. We use UPS Worldwide Expedited for most international orders. We have found that UPS Worldwide Expedited is the most reliable international shipping method, with full tracking number visibility from our warehouse, through customs, and all the way to your door. It does cost a bit more that standard postal service, but it is much faster and much more reliable.

IMPORTANT DUTIES AND TAXES NOTE: import duties and taxes are your responsibility as the importer of record, and are not included in the Shipping Costs! We're sorry, but we can not falsely claim your order as a gift item to avoid import duties.

LARGE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: for some large international orders, we can not ship using UPS Worldwide Expedited. These orders are shipped using Global Priority Mail. We will notify you if your order ships this way. We only divert orders to Priority Mail if the combination of items on the order make the shipping carton too large for UPS Expedited.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly accept returned product in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. NO restocking fees. NO hassle. (NOTE: the exception is Clearance Sale Items. We generally do NOT accept returns on Clearance Sale items, and reserve the right to refuse these returns or charge a restocking fee, at our discretion.)

If we made a shipping error, we will gladly send you a pre-paid return label to have the product picked up. If the return is not due to our error, simply ship the product back in it's original packaging and we will either exchange the item for a different color/size or issue you a credit.

To get your exchanged items even faster, take advantage of our Rapid Replacement Service. Give us a call, and we will ship the replacement item out immediately and bill your credit card. Your replacement item will be shipped using standard ground shipping at no cost to you. Then, when we receive the returned item, we will issue you a credit for the original order amount (less original shipping costs).

We reserve the right to issue partial or no credit for returns of Clearance Sale Items, used or damaged items, items not in the original manufacturers packaging, or items that have had labels and/or stickers removed.

HOW DO GIFT CERTIFICATES WORK?

If you add a gift certificate to your shopping cart, we will e-mail the certificate to the e-mail address you provide to us within one business day. The e-mail will contain unique gift certificate codes that the recipient can enter in our check-out process (instructions will be provided in the e-mail). We do not charge any additional fees to the recipient for redeeming gift certificates. All gift certificates are valid for one year after the date of issue. DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We are proud to ship orders to members of our armed services currently serving overseas. Many of our staff are military veterans, and we would be honored to ship your order via USPS Priority Mail to your APO/FPO address. Please select "APO/FPO(USPS)" as the Shipping Method during checkout.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped outside of the state of Ohio. We must charge sales tax for any order delivered to an address in Ohio. The purchaser is responsible for all sales taxes on orders shipped to another state.

DO YOU STOCK WHAT YOU SELL?

Yes. We carry (and use) the products we sell. We are incorporated in the state of Ohio, serve local customers, and stock the products we sell. XSportsProtective is a member of the Better Business Bureau and National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA). We are a company you can trust.
