DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship orders internationally every day.
- We ship using UPS Worldwide Expedited.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited is the most reliable international shipping method, with full tracking number visibility from our warehouse, through customs, and all the way to your door.
- UPS Worldwide does cost a bit more that standard postal service, but it is much faster and much more reliable.
- UPS collects Import Duties and Taxes at the time of delivery - see note below
- For some orders, and some countries, UPS Worldwide is not available. In these cases, we may ship using Global Priority Mail. This option is at our discretion, but we will notify you and send the postal service tracking ID (which has very limited tracking capability)
RESTRICTED BRANDS
Some of the brands we offer do not allow us to ship their items internationally. We reserve the right to cancel an item or entire order in this situation. We will notify you of any cancellation immediately.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
- International orders ship the same day (for orders placed up until 3:00pm EST).
- UPS Worldwide Expedited takes 2-5 business days to deliver
- For some remote areas, delivery can be delayed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs vary by country and order size. Here's how to find out your shipping costs:
- Add the items you want to your shopping cart
- Select "UPS Worldwide Expedited" at your shipping method
- Click the "APPLY" button
- Your shipping costs will be displayed right below your product total
- Free Shipping promotions do NOT apply to International Orders
- IMPORTANT NOTE: if your order requires a very large shipping box, we may need to charge more for shipping. International shipping costs are very sensitive to how large the box size is. We try very hard to compress the items into as small a box as we can (including discarding extra retail packaging, if that helps reduce cost). However, sometimes the mix of items you order requires a large box. If we need to, we will contact you and communicate any additional shipping costs we need to collect. We will NOT charge any additional shipping fees (nor ship your order) until you have a chance to approve the amount, or cancel your order.
- BROKERAGE FEES. Our shipping costs INCLUDE brokerage fees, including brokerage fees for shipments to Canada. Be careful when comparing international shipping costs with other retailers! If another retailer claims "Free Shipping to Canada" and/or "$12 Shipping to Canada", they are likely using a non-expedited shipping method and YOU will be required to cover brokerage fees (around $25 for Canadian shipments).
- DUTIES AND TAXES. Import Duties and Taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost. Please see the note below for more information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DUTIES AND TAXES
- Import duties and taxes are your responsibility as the importer of record, and are NOT INCLUDED in the Shipping Costs! (UPS Worldwide Express shipping costs DOES include both shipping and brokerage fees, but DOES NOT include Import Duties and Taxes)
- Import Duties and Taxes are collected at the time of delivery by UPS
- We can not provide estimates of Import Duties, Taxes, VAT, or any other Customs Fees.
- To calculate Duties and Taxes (if any are required) contact your local Customs Agency. Products are listed on export documentation as "Safety Gear".
- We're sorry, but we can not falsely claim your order as a gift to avoid import duties.
