Instead of making a hard shell in one mold, an EPS foam liner in another, and then gluing them together, Kali Protectives constructs its Aatma Rat helmet in a single mold, hard shell and EPS liner together. In the high-temperature steaming process, the hard shell and EPS liner fuse together, eliminating the need for glue.
