Here are some common questions customers ask regarding order status:
- How do I know you received my order? As soon as you click the "Submit" button at checkout, your order is sent to our servers. You are automatically taken to the Order Confirmation page on our web site, which shows the order number, your name and address, and various links to other information. In the meantime, our shopping cart emails you an Order Confirmation to the email address you used on the order. The Order Confirmation email can often be caught in your Junk Mail folder, so don't be alarmed if you don't see one in your email Inbox.
- How do I know everything is in stock? Our shopping cart has real-time inventory, so if you were able to add an item to your order, IT'S IN STOCK! All of our inventory is held in our own warehouse, so you can be confident that we have what you ordered and it will be shipped on time.
- When will my order ship? All orders placed before 3:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day they are received - except for orders using "Economy Shipping." Orders placed after 3:00pm Monday through Friday, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, ship the next business day. Orders using "Economy Shipping" typically ship the same day, but this is NOT GUARANTEED. "Economy Shipping" orders may ship as late as 24-48 hours after the order is submitted.
- Where do I find my order number? When you placed your order, our shopping cart sends an Order Confirmation email to the email address you entered on your order. That email has your order number in the Subject Line, as well as in the main text of the message. Check your email InBox (and your SPAM/Junk folder) for this message. The Order Confirmation email is sent within minutes of submitting your order.
- What if I can't find my Order Confirmation email? Send us an email, and we'll resend an Order Confirmation to you. If it's after hours or the weekend, the new Order Confirmation will be sent the next business day. You can also call Customer Service at (800)930-4084. We will either locate your order number, or if it's after hours, the representative can get your contact information and we'll send you a new confirmation email or call you.
