Customer Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, exchange it for a different item or return for a refund (less the original shipping cost). Pre-approval is not needed.

What if I want to exchange for a different size, color, or item?

The easiest and fastest way to do this is to place a new order right now, and then mail the original order back to us for a full refund. Select Economy Shipping to get Free Shipping on the replacement order. If you need the item faster, give us a call to see how/if we can make that happen.

What items can I return?

Returned items must be:
  • New and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Include all original tags, manuals, etc.
  • Carefully packed into a shipping box or bag. Please do NOT ship items back without packing them inside a shipping box or bag!

What Happens after I send the return?

  • Be patient while your return makes it’s way to us
  • Once your return is received into our warehouse, we’ll inspect the return and process a refund to the original method of payment.
  • We may contact you if we need additional information to complete your refund.
  • We will apply the refund to the original payment method within 24-48 hours of receiving your return.
  • We will email you a confirmation of the refund immediately.
  • Depending upon your credit card company, it make take an additional 2-10 days for the refund to be applied to your account.
  • If you have received the email from us, but have not seen the refund on your account, please contact your credit card company for the status of your refund.

Paperwork to include with your return

  • A copy of your invoice, or
  • A piece of paper with the original name on the order, and the reference or order number of the order

Return Shipping Methods

You can use USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. We get deliveries daily from all three carriers.

Refunds and Credits

  • We refund the original product cost
  • If there is a coupon or discount on your order, we refund the original product cost less a pro-rated discount amount.
  • We do NOT refund the original shipping amount.

Shipping Error?

Hey, we're imperfect human beings, too. We audit every item we ship to verify accuracy. However, some products don't have barcodes and sometimes - for whatever reasons - we make a mistake.

It doesn't happen very often, but if it does - we will make it right. If we made an error, please give us a call and we'll take care of you.

Used or damaged items!

We reserve the right to issue partial or no credit for returns of used or damaged items, items not in the original manufacturers packaging, or items that have had labels and/or stickers removed.

If you wear the gear and scratch it up, we can't give you a full refund. We think that's fair.
