Tapered Lens Technology (TLT)

TLT is Smith Optics answer to decreased visual distortion and resulting eye fatigue caused by light refraction. When light passes through any medium, it changes course. This causes visual distortion. To avoid this, Smith Optics progressively tapers the lens from the center outward to straighten the incoming light rays. This tapering (TLT technology) results in nondistorted, more accurate vision.
