HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total, where we are shipping to, and what shipping method you chose. You can see and compare actual shipping charges before having to enter any shipping or billing information. In either the Shopping Cart or the Shipping/Billing page, you can:
- Enter your zip code
- Select your Country
- Select a Shipping Method
- Click the blue "Apply" button below the Shipping Method
- Your actual shipping charges will display right below your product total
- NOTE: Very large/oversized items may require additional shipping costs. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately with expected shipping costs prior to processing your order.
FREE SHIPPING
To get FREE SHIPPING, you need to:
- Select the shipping method "Economy (2-8 days)" during checkout
- Have a product total over $50 - after coupons are applied
- Be shipping to the Lower 48 Contiguous United States
- Applies to in stock merchandise only
- Remember - you must select "Economy (2-8 days)" during checkout
IMPORTANT NOTE: orders with "Economy (2-8 days)" shipping may not ship the same day. Orders with "Standard Ground (1-4 days)" shipping will SHIP THE SAME DAY and will be delivered by UPS in
this many days!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped in this priority:
- If you have selected one of these shipping methods: "Standard Ground", "3 Day Select", "2 Day Air", "Next Day Air", "Next Day Air Saturday Delivery", and "UPS Worldwide Expedited", your order will be packed and shipped the same day it is received (up through 3:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday). If it is after 3:00pm Eastern time, your order will be shipped the following business day (Mon-Fri).
- If you have selected the shipping method "Economy (2-8 days)", your order will usually ship the same day, but we may delay shipping your order 24-48 hours. If you need your order to ship the same day, please select "Standard Ground" shipping - we will ship it today!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
How quickly your order arrives depends upon which shipping method you chose. Shipping defaults to Standard Ground. We ship Standard Ground orders the same day (up to 3:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday). Standard Ground orders will be delivered according to
this Standard Ground delivery map.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ON A SATURDAY?
Maybe... We can ship your order using UPS Next Day Air with a Saturday delivery upgrade. It's expensive and it is NOT AVAILABLE TO ALL AREAS. But, we know that sometimes you have a race or a bout and you really need the gear! So, please
click here to confirm UPS Saturday Delivery availability using our shipping zip code of 44023 to your zip code, then come back and place your order using the "Next Day Air Saturday Delivery" shipping method.
HOW DO I CONFIRM AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Our web site has real-time inventory information. When you place an item into your shopping cart, you will see confirmation that inventory is available and will ship that day.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?
Yes, we offer several expedited delivery options. When you checkout, you can select 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. If placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time, your order will ship the same day. Orders are delivered on Mon-Fri only - do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. If it's Friday, and you need your order delivered on Saturday, please select Next Day Air Saturday Delivery during checkout.
DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We are proud to ship orders to members of our armed services currently serving overseas. Many of our staff are military veterans, and we would be honored to ship your order via USPS Priority Mail to your APO/FPO address. Please select "APO, FPO, DPO (2-5 days via USPS" as the Shipping Method during checkout.
