Both of the Race’s hard-shell guards, the one for your knee and the one for your shin, are padded with perforated EVA foam. In fact, this EVA form is oversized so that it wraps even farther back around toward your calves and over the top of your knees. Both the hard-shells are also ventilated to improve their comfort on warmer days.
