Smith Cosmos Jr./Galaxy ski helmet and ski goggles: Where are my kid's goggles?
Every season, you can hear the cries from the slope to the lodge: "Mom! Dad! I lost my goggles." Smith Helmets has heard the cries and designed the Cosmos Jr./Galaxy ski helmet and goggle package in response. Powered by FidlockTM, Smith integrates what it calls Tractor Beam Technology to create a side release assembly combined into a low-profile helmet port and goggle strap end. The system uses magnets to automatically bring the strap-end post into contact with the helmet's locking collar. It"s complex engineering that makes it simple for kids to put on their own goggles. And this unique assembly is designed to stay together so the ski helmet and ski goggles don't get separated whether they're on or off your child's head. Kids grow fast, so remember to check the helmet fit occasionally to make sure it still fits well. As with any helmet, be sure to inspect the interior and exterior for cracks or other damage after any serious impact.
